The Forging Lightweight Alloys Conference & Plant Tour will take place March 6-8, 2023 at The Westin Lake Las Vegas Resort & Spa. The conference will cover topics including lightweight materials, OEM needs, advancements in technology, equipment for lightweight forging, post-forging processes and more. An optional golf outing has been planned at SouthShore Golf Club the Monday prior to the general session (March 6) as well.

Meeting Registration Fees:
     •   FIA Member - First Attendee: $1,025
     •   FIA Member - Additional Attendee: $850
     •   Non-member - First Attendee: $1,350
     •   Non-member - Additional Attendee: $1,050

Table Tops: (Table Top registration includes 1 conference registration)
     •   FIA Member: $1,500
     •   Non-member: $3,000

Plant Tour:
The plant tour for TIMET is now full. If a spot becomes available, you will be contacted.

Please note: The plant tour facility, TIMET, reserves the right to refuse admittance to their facility. TIMET will have the opportunity to review the list of attendees prior to the event. If the company decides that someone on the list is not permitted to participate in the tour, the facility will inform FIA. The FIA staff will then contact the attendee to let them know that they may not attend the tour. 


FIERF GOLF OUTING

Golf Outing Fees*:(The golf outing is optional and will take place Monday, March 6 starting at 9:07 a.m. Please include in your itinerary for Monday if you plan to play golf.)
     •   Golf: $500
     •   Club Rental: $75
*100% of golf outing fees will be donated to the Forging Foundation (FIERF)

Golf Sponsorships:
There are a limited number of sponsorships available for the conference golf outing on Monday, March 6. Funds raised from the golf outing fees will be donated to the Forging Foundation (FIERF). Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations will be permitted until February 20, 2023 and will be refunded in full. After February 20, 2023 no refunds will be given, but substitutions are allowed if submitted to the FIA in writing.

Please Note:
No registration is final until accepted by FIA. FIA reserves the right to refuse registration/attendance to any person. Any registration that is not accepted by the FIA will be refunded in full.
