Forge Fair, North America's largest event dedicated exclusively to the forging industry, will return to the Huntington Convention Center in Cleveland, Ohio, May 23-25, 2023. More than 2,000 forging professionals from across the globe are expected to come to Forge Fair to learn about new products, make purchasing decisions and network with each other. No other industry event offers suppliers and forgers the platform to connect with more qualified potential customers. From material selection to the shipment of finished parts, Forge Fair will showcase innovations in heating, tooling, equipment, testing, automation, conservation of resources, process and plant improvements and technology for all types of forging operations.

     -   Forging Industry Suppliers: Suppliers of equipment, materials, and services to the forging industry
         (FIA Members and Non-Members)
     -   Forging Producers: Producers of forgings (FIA Members Only)

Click here to see the current Forge Fair 2023 Exhibit Floor Plan for availability. When you complete the online registration, you will be asked for your preferred booth number, as well as a second choice.

Payment Information:
     1.  Booth Deposit: A deposit of 25% of the booth registration fee is required for all booth registrations.
          Booth deposits are processed with a credit card payment online only.
     2.  Final Booth Payment: The remaining 75% of the booth registration fee is due within two weeks of the
          booth registration. FIA will include an invoice for the remaining booth registration fee with your booth
          confirmation email.

Once the deposit payment for your booth is processed you will receive an email confirming your booth assignment. FIA accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. Booth deposits and final booth payments are non-refundable.

Please Note: 
Exhibitors are required to register and pay for all booth personnel separately from the booth price. Personnel must register at the regular attendee rate. No registration for a booth or personnel is final until accepted by FIA. Any registration that is not accepted by FIA will be refunded in full.

Cancellation Policy:
If FIA cancels Forge Fair 2023, FIA will refund to Exhibitor their 25% Booth Deposit and 75% Final Booth Payment, provided that each of the Deposit and Final Booth Payment were actually paid to FIA. If Exhibitor cancels their booth reservation at Forge Fair 2023, no refund will be provided to Exhibitor.
