The ForjaMEX Conference will take place August 28-31, 2023 at the Grand Fiesta Americana Monterrey Valle. The conference will have two tracks:*
     •   Executive-level topics (economy, reshoring, technology investment, industry sector reports, supply chain,
          lean manufacturing, six sigma, quality)
     •   Production/technical topics (presses, tooling, lubrication, die steel, software, automation, heating,
          rough/final machining)
*Simultaneous translation provided

*Bus transportation is provided for the plant tours. Registrants are required to take the bus and are not permitted to drive separately.

Please Note: The plant tour facility reserves the right to refuse admittance to their facility. The facility will have the opportunity to review the list of attendees prior to the event. If the company decides that someone on the list is not permitted to participate in the tour, the facility will inform FIA. The FIA staff will then contact the attendee to let them know that they may not attend the tour.

Conference Registration Fees:*
     •   FIA Member: $495 USD
     •   Non-member: $495 USD

*All registration fees are billed and paid in US dollars. Registration fees include attendance at the conference, plant tours, breakfasts, lunches and receptions.

Tabletop Fees: (Tabletop registration includes 1 conference registration)
     •   FIA Member: $2,150 USD
     •   Non-member: $3,150 USD

Safety & Security:
FIA and our event hosts are dedicated to providing a safe and secure environment for our conference attendees.
Grand Fiesta Americana Monterrey is ideally located in a safe, exclusive part of the city, providing easy access to the financial and commercial district. If you decide to drive or rent a vehicle, the hotel has an indoor parking lot that you can use at no additional cost. The hotel recommends using the hotel provided transportation services for reliable transfer to and from the airport. Our plant tour hosts, FRISA have onsite building security for the tours and the reception. Guests will be transported to and from the tours via motorcoach provided by FIA No one will travel on their own to the tours.

Registration Deadline:

FIA has arranged for a discounted deluxe room rate of $150 USD/night (excluding taxes) at the Grand Fiesta Americana Monterrey Valle. To make your reservations, please follow the instructions below. The deadline to reserve your room at this discounted rate is August 18, 2023. Reservations made after this deadline are subject to standard rates and hotel availability.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations will be permitted until August 15, 2023 and will be refunded in full. After August 15, 2023 no refunds will be given, but substitutions are allowed if submitted to the FIA in writing.

No registration is final until accepted by FIA. FIA reserves the right to refuse registration/attendance to any person. Any registration that is not accepted by the FIA will be refunded in full
