The Forging Lightweight Alloys Conference & Plant Tour will take place February 15-16, 2022 at the famous Pinehurst Resort and Country Club in Pinehurst, NC. The conference will cover topics including lightweight materials, OEM needs, advancements in technology, equipment for lightweight forging, post-forging processes and more. Confirmed plant tour is the new Bharat Forge Aluminum USA, Inc., forging plant located in Sanford, NC. An optional golf outing has been planned on Pinehurst #2 the last afternoon of the conference as well.

Plant Tour: (The plant tour is optional and will take place Tuesday, February 15 starting at 8:45 a.m. Registration for the tour includes shuttle transportation from the Pinehurst Resort.) 
     •  Please include in your itinerary below if you plan to attend the Plant Tour      

Golf Outing Fees*: (The golf outing is optional and will take place Wednesday, February 16 starting at 1:00 p.m. Please include in your itinerary below for Wednesday if you plant to play golf.) 
     •  Golf: $400
     •  Club Rental: $75
*100% of golf outing fees will be donated to the Forging Foundation (FIERF). 

Golf Sponsorships:
There are a limited number of sponsorships available for the conference golf outing on February 16. Funds raised from the golf outing fees will be donated to the Forging Foundation (FIERF). Accommodations:
Attendees may book their hotel rooms at the Pinehurst Resort and Spa by calling the hotel directly at (844) 840-7010 and mentioning the FIA Forging Lightweight Alloys Conference. FIA has arranged for Forging Lightweight Alloys Conference & Plant Tour attendees to receive a discounted room rate of $209/night at the Pinehurst Resort & Spa, however our group room block is full and the hotel is filling-up quickly. We encourage you to book your rooms as soon as possible to ensure you are able to stay on the property.

Cancellation Policy:
Registration fees are non-refundable. Substitutions are allowed if submitted to FIA in writing by January 14, 2022.

No registration is final until accepted by FIA. FIA reserves the right to refuse registration/attendance to any person. Any registration that is not accepted by the FIA will be refunded in full.
