The 2021 FIA Annual Meeting of Members provides in-depth analysis of the most pressing political, economic and workforce issues facing the forging industry today. Now more than ever, it is important for us to come together to share new ideas, identify opportunities and challenges and strive to strengthen our industry as we forge into the future. Attendees can find answers to some of their biggest questions, and will leave the event with the knowledge needed to grow their businesses. The 2021 FIA Annual Meeting also will feature a variety of social and networking activities, including a Lake Geneva boat tour, golf tournament, and sunset banquet and reception.

Meeting Registration Fees:
     • FIA Member Executive & Spouse/ Guest Early Bird (through March 31): $2,995
     • FIA Member Executive & Spouse/ Guest (after March 31): $3,495
     • FIA Member Executive Only Early Bird (through March 31): $1,995
     • FIA Member Executive Only (after March 31): $2,395
     • FIA Golf Tournament (Highlands Course): $175
     • Golf Club Rental: $69
     • Geneva Trolley Tour (includes 1 hour free time downtown): $60  
     • Black Point Estate Tour (includes transportation & guide): $75 
     • Grand Geneva Archery Class (includes onsite instructor): $50 
     • Lake Geneva Boat Tour (includes cocktails & appetizers): $250 

The meeting registration fee includes meeting materials, admittance to all speaker sessions, meals and receptions. Hotel room fees are not included in the meeting registration fee. Attendees must pay the total registration fee, whether they will be attending the full meeting or a portion thereof. The fee must be paid in advance of the meeting. Attendees must pre-register for the golf outing and tours. These items are available on a first-come, first-served basis, as there are limited spots available. Children attending the receptions must pay an additional fee.

Hotel Accommodations:
FIA has arranged for FIA Annual Meeting attendees to receive a discounted room rate at the Grand Geneva Resort & Spa starting at $179/per night (Double) and $189/per night (King). Attendees may book their hotel rooms at the discounted rate by calling (262) 248-8811 and mentioning the FIA Annual Meeting, or to book online, Click Here. The deadline to reserve a room at these discounted rates is Thursday, May 27, 2021. Reservations made after the deadline will be subject to the hotel's prevailing rates and availability.

Suggested Attire:
     • Annual Meeting General Sessions: Business Casual
     • Opening & Sunset Receptions/Banquets: Business Casual
     • Golf Tournament: Collared shirts are required. No denim allowed. Shorts must be hemmed. Grand       
       Geneva is a soft spike facility, no metal spikes will be allowed on either course.
     • Optional Activities: Casual, Comfortable

Cancellation:
Registration & Activity Fees are non-refundable. Individual substitutions are allowed and must be submitted in writing by May 15, 2021.

Please Note:
No registration is final until accepted by FIA. FIA reserves the right to refuse registration/attendance to any person. Any registration that is not accepted by the FIA will be refunded in full.
