Thursday, October 28, 2021 is Forge Fair Career Day. Students and Educators can register for the Discounted Academic Rate of $25 and explore the forging industry, learn about co-ops and internships, and meet with potential employers. Students are encouraged to bring their resumes with them to hand out to potential employers during their time at the show. FIA will provide a list of students with contact information to all FIA Member exhibitors following the event. 

During Forge Fair Career Day, there will also be a Workforce Development Center (Room 321) where prospective employers can arrange to meet with students in a quieter setting and discuss what a career in the forging industry looks like and what their company has to offer.

Please note:
This is a one-day pass only for Thursday, October 28. If you are interested in attending the full trade show, you must register at the regular attendee rate. This pass is for students and educators only. You must be enrolled or employed at a technical school, college or university.

Payment Information:
Your registration is not reserved until payment is received in full by FIA. FIA accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. Registration fees are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy:
If FIA cancels Forge Fair 2021, FIA will issue a refund to the registration fee. If the participant cancels their registration, no refund will be provided by FIA. Individual substitutions only are allowed and must be submitted in writing to the FIA by September 24, 2021.

Release and Waiver:
I understand that while FIA will take reasonable steps to lessen the risk of transmission of COVID-19 in connection with Forge Fair 2021, FIA is not responsible in any manner for any risks related to COVID-19 in connection with the event. By submitting this registration, I hereby release, waive and forever discharge any and all liability, claims, and demands of whatever kind or nature against FIA and its affiliated partners and sponsors, including without limitation, their directors, officers, employees, volunteers, and agents (the “released parties”), either in law or in equity, to the fullest extent permissible by law, including but not limited to damages or losses caused by the negligence, fault or conduct of any kind on the part of  the released parties, including but not limited to death, bodily injury, illness, economic loss or out of pocket expenses, or loss or damage to property, which I, my heirs, assignees, next of kin and/or legally appointed or designated representatives, may have or which may hereinafter accrue on my behalf, which arise or may hereafter arise from my participation in event.
